We want you to love our products! If you’re not completely satisfied you may return your items purchased from our online boutique within 14 days for a complete refund, less the shipping cost, and a 10% restocking fee.

Please email info@ohbabychic.com with your order number & ‘return request’ in the subject line and we will issue you a RMA number.

All items must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Merchandise Availability & Shipping

All in stock items are shipped within 48 hours. We make every effort to ensure availability; however, on occasion items may be limited, backordered or sold out due to demand levels.

If your shipment requires special attention, we are more than happy to try to accommodate your request.

All merchandise is shipped domestically via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS and fully trackable. Standard ground flat shipping is $7.95.

Infant Paparazzi Pod™

USE: With car seat carrier handle in upright position, attach each velcro handle. Due to universal fit be sure to adjust the straps securely to fit your car seat brand. Once velcro handle is attached carefully secure elastic around carrier with Peek & See opening at front. Do not leave baby unattended while using the Infant Paparazzi Pod™.

OhBabyChic Nursing Cover™

USE: Remove from packaging and adjust neck strap to desired length. You are now ready to nurse your baby in complete modesty and style.

Limited Warranty

OhBabyChic™ products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from the date of your purchase. Should a defect occur, send your name, address, phone number, defect pictures, proof of purchase and detailed description of the damage to info@ohabychic.com.

We offer this limited warranty only when the product is used by the original end-user customer.

We offer no other warranty. Additionally, while our warranty is excellent, there are other limits to it. We offer NO WARRANTY in cases of tear, washing and drying machine tears, normal wear, accidents, misuse, damage in transit while on stroller and/or car-seat due to inadequate care or neglect such as being trailed on the floor, torn fabric from the wheels and other unforeseen or unexplained accidents There is NO WARRANTY for abuse, abnormal use, damage due to environmental or natural elements, improper storage of the products, or improper service or causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship.
